2 weeks notice of cancellation required forXmas/New Year holiday period, January school holidays and all other school holiday or public holiday bookings. 24 hours notice required at all other times.
Credit card authority is required to secure a booking. Apart from a deposit, if requested, nothing will be charged to the card unless you fail to cancel and fail to show, then one night's accommodation will be charged to your card unless the unit can be on sold OR if there are outstanding room charges including phone calls, meals or penalty cleaning costs, then these amounts will be charged to your card.
