We have stayed here previously. Lovely spacious rooms close to cbd. Very friendly helpful managers. Had a great chat and catch up. Can highly recommend this motel. We had a lovely room with master bedroom, seperate kitchen and living room. 2 x TVs, sofa and single bed with large queen size in the master, very comfortable. Good size bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

We decided to stay in Tauranga and booked last minute and online. Very clean and tidy rooms including a separate room for the children. Awesome friendly service and gorgeous cat! Will definitely be going back again.

The location was just exceptional - the motel was literally a stone's throw from the Waters edge and so close to the CBD. Views were stunning from the rooms in the morning. Rooms/ location/ value all 10/10

Spent two nights here in room four, which had unquestionably the best view of the lake. Upon arrival, the host Lorraine could not have been nicer or more accommodating, with milk for tea and a map full of recommendations for restaurants along “The Strand” downtown. Stayed for one night with my mum and sister. Ethel who runs the Motel gave us an excellent welcome and great advice on where to eat and relax. The room was clean, welcoming and perfect for cooking your own meals. Would definitely return for another stay
